Your Shop Team
Dear SCFA members
This year you have the opportunity to purchase a chronograph on special terms from our main sponsor Breitling.
The CHRONOLINER model available in a limited edition of 250 pieces, will have Super Constellation Flyers Association engraved on the watch case back.
Inspired by a Breitling model from the 1950s-1960s, the Chronoliner asserts itself as an authentic captain’s watch. Its signature feature is a broad bezel in scratch-resistant high-tech ceramic (an ultra-hard synthetic material), featuring an original star-shaped cut-out. The red-tipped hand enables second timezone readings in 24-hour mode, while the rotating bezel indicates a third timezone. Just the ticket for a long-haul flight anywhere in the world. The performance of the selfwinding chronograph is displayed with impressive legibility on a dial worthy of the finest flight instruments.
This chronograph, equipped with a black dial and a black Aero Classic rubber strap with a folding clasp, can be purchased at the special price of CHF 5400.-- through Breitling retailers in Switzerland. The list of retailers as well as further information about the watch can be found on the Breitling website www.breitling.com.
With your SCFA member card and your personal identity card you will be able to place an order with a retailer of your choice until August 31st at the latest. Breitling will process the orders after the date of receipt and delivery of the watches will start as of November 2016.
We hope you will enjoy wearing this exceptional aviation chronograph.
First SWISS Bombardier C Series aircraft due in Zurich
The first SWISS Bombardier C Series aircraft will arrive at Zurich Airport on Friday 1 July between 16:40 and 17:20 following its delivery flight. The CS100 will land on Runway 16.
Spectators can watch the new CS100’s arrival from the Observation Deck on the airport’s Terminal B. The all-new aircraft – the first of its kind to be delivered to an airline anywhere in the world – is expected to perform a low pass past the Observation Deck before landing. And, as a special attraction, it will be accompanied by the legendary Super Constellation, too.
